CURRICULUM & INSTRUCTION
We recognize each as a unique child of God with special talents and abilities. We encourage each student to reach his or her potential. Our curriculum includes: Religion, Reading, English, Art, Social Studies, Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Science, Physical Education, and Music for each classroom.
Our students have the opportunity to learn computer skills in our computer lab with in-school and after school lab hours and a dedicated computer teacher on staff. All of our classrooms are also equipped with computers. Students are able to access the internet to help them with their assignments and research.
The seventh grade students annually attend outdoor education during the beginning of the school year.
A chapel service is scheduled once a week for all of our students.
MUSIC & DRAMA
Children’s choirs sing regularly in chapel services and Sunday worship services. Musical and band concerts are presented annually. The Drama Club presents an annual production.
WALKIN’ 4 MILES
This year long walking program meets on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7:30-7:50. Students either walk outside, weather permitting, or inside in one of the two gyms. Mileage is kept throughout the year and incentives are given out to the participants.
HOT LUNCH PROGRAM
Hot lunches and milk are served daily and meet Federal guidelines.
BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL CARE
Trinity provides Before & After School Care for students in Kindergarten through eighth grade.
Trinity presently maintains a student/teacher ratio of 19:1.
